The guys(and ladies) at Precision Comfort saved us! The office staff was very understanding, the technician showed up exactly when they said he would. Last week I got the dreaded news that I needed a new HVAC System. I called Precision Comfort Specialist, Inc. due to a recommendation from a friend. Within 24 hours I had a new Trane system at a price that was to good to pass up. They also offered me 0% interest for 5 years. I took advantage of that deal. The Tech's that came to install the unit were very professional so hats off to Brad, Shane and Cody I believe that was his name as I did not meet him. Brandon is a top notch honest guy and I have enjoyed working with everyone at his company.

Above and Beyond my Expectations. Brandon took the time to explain every question that I had. I didn't feel like he rushed me to any decisions on purchasing a new unit. They replaced the entire unit at my other house and it is working great. They came at a time when it was hot and we had no air. They are so nice to work with and dependable. If you have any problems with your air conditioning or heating call precision comfort specialist they are great!

Have known Brandon for years and he has always been quick o help us out. Honest and reliable. Called him the other day because the A/C was making an awful sound. He sent a tech out that day for us within just a couple hours. Diagnosed it as the blower motor and told us we could replace it or wait till it died. It went completely a couple days later and I hit Brandon up again. They came out the next morning and put in the replacement part. The tech was super nice and very professional.
